TO PROCESS TRANSACTIONS
We may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.

TO SEND PERIODIC EMAILS

The email address Users provide for order processing, will only be used to send them information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, and/or other requests or questions. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via our Site.

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.

YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy and terms of service. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

SHIPPING

We take every measure possible to ensure that your item arrives in the best possible condition in a timely manner. For this reason we exclusively utilise DHL for shipping our goods. Express shipments possible on request, please contact us before you create an new order.

** If your Country does not accept DHL shipments, any costs asscoaited with cancelling orders or refunds will be subject to Administration fees which include PayPal fees and 5% Processing Fees.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please be advised that when receiving shipments from outside your own country, you may be charged a duty and/or tax for the import of the watch. This amount varies from country to country. Please check with your local customs office for the percentage.

RETURNS POLICY

For international returns, please be aware that any return shipping duties/taxes charged to Duzu Watches will be deducted from the refunded amount. †We are unable to accept any international returns from South Africa.

We hope you understand that a new watch can only be returned if it has never been worn or used. It is impossible to wear a watch, even for a short time and not get it blemished in some way.

*Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for any watches we no longer carry on our site.

SIMPLE & EASY RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1

Ensure the watch has not been worn or damaged. All returns must have the original, non-damaged packaging containing all original documents (warranty cards & strap tool).

Step 2

Please contact Duzu Watches by emailing info@duzuwatches.com.

Step 3

Return the item to us in the original packaging, with all manuals, warranty cards, and any other material that came with the watch. All returns must be shipped to us in a crush resistant box with protective padding inside. Please do not return items in envelopes of any kind as these will not protect the item from damage during shipment. We recommend using standard postal service with trackable delivery confirmation. We encourage you to insure the return shipment to protect yourself against breakage or lost shipments. If returning an international order, please be aware that Courier Companies may impose duties/taxes on the returned goods to Duzu Watches. These charges would then be deducted from the value of the refund.

**Please allow up to 7 business days after Duzu Watches receives your return for your refund to be issued. Returns are processed in the order they are received. Please ensure that you submit a return request and receive approval before you return your product.

Also note that any refunds issued prior to the watch being shipped will be subject to an administration fee. This also covers any associated costs and Payments for processing the refund **

RETURN SHIPPING

Shipping charges for any returns are the responsibility of the customer.  Original shipping are non-refundable.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You can always cancel your order, unless your order has already shipped out. Have you made a payment to us after your order, then we charge 5% administration costs for the refund of your payment. These costs are only charged if you personally cancel the order.
